Our Team
The modern online reservation experience provided by Amadeus orchestration engines features a shopping cart where products can BE added, removed, and saved for later. In the coming years, there are several areas to explore within this context. One focus area is around cart abandonment, meaning how can we capture abandoned bookings and find ways to incentivize travelers to come back and complete the reservation. Currently, there is no single application providing a complete view of the carts in the system, and the intention is to create a Cart Management System with the necessary backend, database and user interface components.
The apprenticeship aims to BE part of the team responsible for the cart, with the expected outcome being a proof-of-concept application in areas like advanced real-time analytics or retargeting solutions. The content can BE adapted based on the candidate's competencies, but the end goal is to develop an end-to-end prototype application. The ideal candidate should BE open to participating in the entire stack of the Cart Management System, from low-level database design to high-level user interface creation.
Your Mission
The purpose of the apprenticeship is to BE part of the team responsible for the cart. The expected outcome will BE a proof-of-concept application in one of the areas we wish to explore, whether IT BE advanced real-time analytics or the creation of a retargeting solution.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will receive technical guidance from experienced team members.
Your Profile
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Sciences, or a related field. You have strong analytical skills and a passion for AI-driven automation. You are fluent in English.
