About the Job :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the MAC Cosmetics Marketing Team in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for FY26 product and commercial launches. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong passion for beauty, social trends, and data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Assist in creating comprehensive go-to-market strategies for upcoming product and commercial launches.
- Affiliate Coordination : Collect and consolidate best practices from global affiliates to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis : Gather and analyze performance data from corporate dashboards to assess campaign success and optimize future initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Support the workload with cross functions as CRM, Paid Media, Visual Merchandising (VM), Demand Planning, and Online teams to support the execution of marketing plans
- Guideline Management : Coordinate and distribute marketing guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Social Media & Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on emerging beauty and social media trends, particularly on TikTok, to identify opportunities for brand engagement.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills :
- A valid Convention de Stage (internship agreement) is required.
- Strong interest and knowledge of TikTok trends, social media marketing, and the beauty industry.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - juggling with multiple projects at a time.
You have a good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
You like numbers & turning analysis into actionable insights.
You are rigorous, detail-oriented, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills and like to take initiative.
You are motivated to work in the dynamic, international environment of the Cosmetics industry.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
