About the Role

Join the EMEA Marketing Team at La Mer and play a key role in shaping strategic decisions for the brand across the region. As an intern, you will contribute to insightful market analysis, competitive reviews, and key marketing initiatives to support brand growth.

What You'll Do

Market Analysis & Competitive Reviews : Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activity, and market performance to guide strategic decisions.

Strategic Marketing Calendar : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns across the EMEA region.

Launch Recaps : Prepare post-launch analysis and performance reports to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.

Category Deep Dives : Analyze market trends, competitive portfolios, and category performance to provide strategic recommendations.

International Meetings Preparation : Support the team in preparing for key regional meetings, including Marketing Manager Meetings and competitive pricing reviews.

Affiliate Collaboration : Work closely with marketing teams across 18 affiliates to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.

Qualifications

Passion for the Beauty Industry - Strong interest and knowledge in luxury skincare & cosmetics.
Fluent in English - Comfortable working in an international environment.
Analytical Mindset - Ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
Proactive & Team-Oriented - A dynamic and collaborative mindset to support the marketing team effectively.
