Les missions du poste
- Onboarding by supporting on contracts, relocation, immigration, and travel (+60 people hired in 2025).
- Policies, HR systems or other questions from our colleagues.
- Knowledge and experience with immigration and employment law in France.
- Experienced and comfortable managing a broad type of employment contracts - from permanent CDIs to EORs (Deel) to independent contractors/freelancers.
- Getting the most value from People tools and systems, e.g. Deel, Hibob, Travelperk and more - finding creative ways to automate low-value tasks.
- Handle our benefits, like Alan health insurance, Moka Care and ClassPass, and make sure your colleagues know how to use and get the most out of them.- Support on maintaining our global internal employee handbook.- Handle the onboarding/offboarding of new comers/people who leave : manage and purchase IT equipment, perform administrative onboarding/offboarding & own the onboarding coordination to make new comers feel welcome and set them up for success.
€40-55k* + Stock-Options/BSPCE.Remote across Europe and North America, but we also have an awesome office in Paris. For this role, we would value someone able to come into the office at least a couple of days a week on average.Substantial support for relocation (up to 10K€), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.We currently sponsor visas for individuals relocating to France or already based here. We are unable to sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France at this time.Technology - new MacBook Pro, monitor, keyboard, etc.Socials - Biannual company retreats, weekly Happy Hour & Game TimeWe offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).

You have worked in similar roles and have the confidence to answer questions about French immigration, contracts, and basic employment law questionsYou have strong written and spoken English+French and are comfortable speaking about HR topics to non-French speaking colleaguesYou are confident using new tools and technology to help you work faster and more efficiently, bonus points if you have used Hibob and Deel extensivelyYou are detail-oriented and organized, with concrete ways to manage multiple processes and deadlines without losing track of the bigger picture.You have a track- record of a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and are not afraid to take initiative when identifying and implementing improvements to People processes
