We're looking for a Security Team Manager (STM) to take charge of a high-performing on-site security team-ensuring 24/7 safety in one of the most critical facilities in the digital world.
This isn't your average button-pushing gig. IT's boots on the ground, eyes on the tech, and brain fully engaged.

What You'll BE Doing
- Leading a team of security professionals including admin officers, responders, and SOC staff.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance like a pro.
- Enforcing policies, coaching staff, and holding the team accountable (without needing a bullhorn).
- Acting as site lead in the absence of the Campus Security Manager.
- Monitoring access control systems, CCTV, and other security tech like a digital hawk.
- Conducting audits, keeping the logs clean, and staying audit-ready at all times.
- Responding to incidents, resolving problems, and communicating with both client teams and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table
- Leadership chops - You've managed teams and know how to inspire and discipline with equal skill.
- Security know-how - You've worked in security environments, ideally in a data center or similar.
- Tech-savvy mindset - You're not afraid of CCTV, access control systems, or digital incident logs.
- Communication skills - You can write a report, present to a client, and coach a teammate without breaking a sweat.
- Problem-solving instincts - You stay cool under pressure and thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Basic Requirements
- Must BE 18+ with a high school diploma (Associate's degree preferred).
- 4+ years in the security industry or business management (or equivalent).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must).
- Experience in data center environments and security tech? Big plus.
- Able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Flexible availability - because emergencies don't care about schedules.
