Made up of six Divisions across Europe, Asia & Americas, Seating is the largest Business Group of FORVIA, Our core expertise is on Seats products & processes through Metal, Mechanisms and complete Seats. We are building car seats of the Future with sustainability challenges.
The central HR Team is composed of 8 people working in TOD, HR Controlling, Compensation & Benefits and HR Transformation Project.
We are currently looking for an HR Talent Organization Development apprentice for our amazing HR Team. You will report directly to the Seating TOD Director. IT's a unique opportunity to quickly drive your skills and boost your career.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
1. Talent Organization Development (70%)
- Support the People Reviews and other Talent Committees preparation and follow-up (Data analytics, preparatory meetings with managers, etc)
- Participate in global Seating talent development initiatives (VIE talent pool follow-up, high potential sponsoring, etc)
- Support Seating global training plan design with Divisions
- Support the coordination and the follow-up of the Yearly Performance Review
2. HR Project Coordination (30%)
- Support Organizational transformation and Talent Organization Development
- Participate in the implementation, coordination and communication of projects across the Business Group and the follow up with our Divisions
- BE involved in ad hoc projects/missions
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Master's degree student in Business / Human Resources field
- Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
- Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented
- Team spirit and international mindset
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (working language)

- Several VIE opportunities in the HR field are offered each year within our Business Units (Mexico, Portugal, Japan...) as part of the HR talent preparation program, primarily to former trainees and apprentices
