Within Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe Headquarters, you will join the Marketing Team under the responsibility of the EMEA Marketing Director.

As an EMEA Media Planner, you will create the framework that will help our EMEA central and local marketing teams maximize digital media campaigns' efficiency and performance.

Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list) :

Lead the strategy and execution of EMEA media activity
- Collaborate with EMEA Central and Local Brand Teams to define the overall media strategy for each product, building clear actionable guidelines and recommendations in terms of budget split, timeline, formats, audiences etc.
- Lead dedicated discussions with Brand, Editorial and Business Intelligence Teams to craft robust audience targeting based on the larger GTM plan and objectives set for each project
- Work hand-in-hand with our CRM and Web Teams for optimal use of our 1P data, maximum leverage of our ecosystem to track and retarget consumers, and building of a consistent customer journey
- Foster a strong positive collaboration with Local Subsidiaries to ensure a solid level of performance on all the campaigns they manage directly.
- Work closely with external agencies and internal resources to lead and execute the campaigns managed at Central level, ensuring solid consistency with Local campaigns handled by our Local Subsidiaries
- Communicate, align and share best practices (when relevant) with your counterparts at US Headquarters. Together with the EMEA Brand Team, evangelize and report to our worldwide Headquarters in Japan when needed to valorise our regional expertise and added value

Tracking, reporting & analysis
- Define and enforce an EMEA reporting framework to compile relevant KPIs (Central and Local) in a consistent way to identify learnings and feed our expertise
- Work hand-in-hand with our Data Intelligence team to set-up revamped reporting tools and dashboards for more granular and actionable access to media buying data
- Lead the set-up of more advanced tracking methods to strengthen our optimization of customer journey (UTM tracking through all campaigns, use of Steam data to build conversion models etc.)
- Establish regular reporting and internal communication to evangelize on best practices, key achievements and added value of our Central Media Strategy efforts

Development of initiatives to advance the company knowledge on media advertising
- Deliver audience development, insights and media strategy workshops to marketing teams in order to improve company knowledge, alignment and efficiency.
- Monitor competitive landscape to identify best practices and continuously apply to execution
- Create competitive intelligence and benchmarks to disseminate trends and best practices in advertising / media buying within the company
- Identify latest trends and run media tests (new formats, new channels, new targeting, use of AI etc.) to BE constantly in a test & learn process
- Develop tools to better disseminate knowledge internally around Media buying
- Participate in cross-regions discussions around the optimization of our digital media buying

Profil
- 5+ years of experience in online entertainment media buying, in a similar position within an international environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a marketing specialization
- Proven track record of building a media team
- Strong expertise in online marketing mechanics and advertising practices on the web.
- Good technical knowledge of Online Media tools : Adservers, Purchase Platforms (Google Ads, Business Manager...) and other channels on which we may run media campaigns (Twitch, Reddit, Netflix, Prime Video, PSN etc.)
- Advanced experience with using Excel (formulas, functions, macro and pivot tables) and data analysis softwares like Power BI
- Fluency in English
- An interest in video games and the entertainment industry will BE a plus to deliver strong value-added analysis and recommendations
- Strong analytical skills while working with complex numbers and KPIs
- Excellent project management skills
- Solid communication skills to navigate within a complex environment.
- Strong ability to evangelize, educate, convince, but also lead, enforce and challenge
- Ability to work cross functionally and bring people together around a project
- Ability to hold a strategic vision
- Rigorous, and comfortable with the manipulation of numbers and data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Curiosity & passion, willingness to remain well informed about new trends in digital marketing / advertising
- Willingness to travel on business required

Remuneration :fixed and variable compensation
