We are looking for an intern in the Group Sales team to support the Sales Efficiency Director in animating the Sales community in order to provide the right level of visibility and data to the Executive Committee (ComEx).

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Your Missions :

Main mission is to Digitalize and Automatize Reporting on Inflation and Commercial Performance
Implement digital tools to streamline reporting processes
Develop automated reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Ensure seamless integration of digital reporting tools with existing systems
Support providing the right level of visibility and data to ComEx
Monthly standard reporting with Sales Community
Follow the Sales Strategic Planning process (analysis and graphs)
Coordinate monthly reporting
Animate the standardization of Sales Processes at Group level
Support in new processes deployment and improvement
Benchmark processes within and without the Automotive industry
Sales community animation
Support Sales events organization and definition of content (Workshops, Trainings, Motor shows, Sales conventions, etc.)
Sales IT tools definition and deployment (Price Management, standard reporting)
Help define and animate workshops in the tool selection process
Ensure standard approach and minimum requirements are covered by the tools

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Your Profile :
- M2 - Business expertise : Knowledge of sales, marketing, and finance processes
- Pack Office (Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint). Good to know Power BI and Macros.
- Information systems landscape is a plus
- Understanding and proactive management of the different levers offered in Sales to propose concrete actions (proactive)

Skills and competencies :
- Fluent in English
- Accountable and results-oriented - independence
- Being able to drive projects informally
- Understanding of theories and practices in IT management
