Location : Onboard Luxury Cruise Ship

Employment Type : Contract (5 months on, 2 months off)

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee culinary operations in designated areas, which may include the main galley or specialty dining outlets.
- Support the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef in maintaining the highest culinary standards and consistency.
- Supervise and inspire a diverse team, promoting collaboration and excellence.
- Manage food preparation, inventory control, and quality assurance to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain high performance throughout the 5-month contract, which includes continuous work without days off.

What to Expect :
- Contract Terms : Work for 5 months on board, followed by 2 months off.
- Renewable Contracts : Future contracts are subject to renewal based on performance and operational needs.

What We're Looking For :
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in luxury or 5-star establishments; previous cruise ship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to cover initial expenses for required certifications, including STCW, Seaman's Book, C1D Visa, and medical exams.
