The Global Business Development Manager (BD) for Amino Acids (AA) projects leads global initiatives focused on Ruminant AA products. This role is crucial for enhancing competitiveness, supporting business growth, and driving innovation through new products, facilities, and solutions. The BD works closely with global and regional teams to align with the Global Ruminant Strategic Growth Plan (SGP) and contribute to the SBU Specialty 2030 ambition.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of AA product development and production, from inception to execution.
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage global, complex AA product development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Launch and Growth : Drive the successful launch and market entry of new AA products, collaborating with Operations, Global Category Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strategy and Business Plans : Contribute to strategy and business plan development, including market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
- Business Plan Approval : Create and secure approval for comprehensive business plans, including CAPEX, OPEX, and value creation strategies.
- Project Execution : Ensure project timelines, milestones, and KPIs are met, coordinating resources and activities across functions.
- Sustainability Goals : Align global business initiatives with Adisseo's sustainability goals, integrating sustainable development principles.

Key Missions
- Project Leadership and Management : Directly manage key projects, ensuring effective execution and coordination.
- Business Plan Development : Develop robust business plans demonstrating value creation.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market assessments to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Project Progress Monitoring : Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Budget Management : Define, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial targets.
- Launch Strategy Contribution : Play a key role in the planning and execution of product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with market access, operations, and regional teams to ensure seamless product and service market entry.
- Ruminant SGP and BP Contribution : Contribute to the development and execution of the Ruminant SGP and Business Plan.
- Sustainable Development : Proactively contribute to Adisseo's sustainability objectives...
- Compliance and Ethics : Adhere to Adisseo's core values, ethics, and compliance policies, ensuring integrity in all business dealings.

Qualifications

Work Experience :
- Knowledge in Feed industry and animal production
- Experience in Feed additive industry
- Business management or Sales experience in B2B business
- Proven experience in managing complex projects in international environment
- English required

- Proven effective leadership with a good team spirit

- Entrepreneurial
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment in a matrix-structured organization
- Good communication skills - oral, written, with internal network / stakeholders and customers
