Les missions du poste
Propose the skills development and training policy in line with the challenges and orientations of the Tereos Group. Lead and coordinate the roadmap and associated actions in a quest for performance and collaboration. On a Group scope : * Define, build, and lead the skills development policy considering Tereos' strategic objectives and social issues. * Identify the training areas to BE developed in relation to Tereos' strategic orientations. * Propose transversal training programs adapted to needs by identifying educational objectives, target audiences, and performance indicators. Monitor their execution. * Analyze the Group's training offer in connection with local teams to optimize solutions. * Manage and develop the e-learning platform : identify and search for content, ensure its availability and updating. * Manage the HRIS training architecture and content related to training and skills. Propose improvements/evolutions and implement validated options. * Ensure the consolidation of KPIs related to training for activity management, reporting, and regulatory obligations (Compliance, CSR, IRP...). * Establish relevant and periodic reports. On the France scope : * Develop and consolidate training plans based on expressed needs and strategic axes. Validate them with the concerned HR Directions. * Advise HRBPs, managers, and employees on skills development systems. Provide adequate resources (interviews, documentation, digital interface...) and ensure a close presence. * Ensure the operational implementation of training plans, their proper coordination and optimization, as well as the good logistical and administrative management of training actions. * Select external providers based on specifications and calls for tenders in consultation with the purchasing department. * Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training. Take corrective actions if necessary. * Ensure the compliance of training with regulatory developments. * Develop an external network : training organizations, institutional partners... Budget management : * Propose and have validated by the Direction the annual budget allocated to training. Ensure the management, optimization, and monitoring of this budget. * Optimize the financing means of the various training systems, notably by setting up financing files in collaboration with OPCOs, regions, the State, and the EU. Management and coordination : * Supervise and lead the team under their responsibility. * Lead the Group's HR network on the training and skills theme. * Act as a facilitator with internal partners, notably the communication, CSR, Compliance, purchasing, finance (management control & accounting), and reporting/data teams.

Le profil recherché
- Confirmed experience of at least 7 years in HR in positions such as Training Manager and/or HR Development and/or
- Operational HR Responsibility.
- Solid experience in educational engineering.
- Experience in HR project management.
- Languages : Proficiency in English and French.
- Regular travel within regions (France).
