Les missions du poste

After a tailored onboarding process, you will take on a crucial role within the sales team.

You will BE an operational pivot, improving the technical, analytical, and organizational aspects of our sales processes.

Your objectives? Optimize efficiency and performance, starting with the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities :
- Analyze and monitor the database to assist in the development of sales strategies.
- Improve data quality, such as lead and customer qualification, and the accuracy of rolling forecasts.
- Produce and analyze reports (KPIs, trends, etc).
- Train salespeople on CRM usage to enhance their performance.
- Develop support materials for commercial activities.
- Contribute to the creation of the machine sales budget by implementing various strategies.
- Participate in the year-end review of commercial MPI (Key Performance Indicators).
- Follow the guidelines set by the parent company and ensure compliance.

Handle IT-related issues in direct collaboration with the IT department, providing support to staff with computer issues and managing the IT infrastructure.

Le profil recherché

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Comprehensive IT proficiency

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential

An innovative mindset, attention to detail, and meticulous organization will BE key strengths to meet the challenges ahead. Your excellent IT skills will also enable you to implement performance strategies.

In terms of interpersonal skills, you are a great communicator and approachable, able to guide teams towards success and easily build strong, trust-based relationships.
