This job is for you if :
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a Research Ops or User Research role, with main responsibilities focused on managing the operational aspects of user research.
- You are passionate about optimizing research processes in general.
- You are comfortable managing participant panels, databases, testing platforms, and improving a research repository tool.
- You are proficient with user research management tools (such as Dovetail, UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, SurveyMonkey, etc.).
- You have an interest in AI and are curious about how IT can improve, accelerate, or automate certain user research practices.
- You are autonomous, thorough, and well-organized.
- You are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, etc.).
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
- If your application is selected, Pierre will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.
- You'll then BE asked to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).
- You'll meet with Manon - Lead User Researcher and Thomas - Chief Experience Officer.
- Then, you'll work on a use case and present your findings to the User Research team.
- Finally, Pierre will conduct the final HR interview and debrief your AssessFirst results with you.
