Your main responsibilities will focus on :
- Business strategy and strategic vision
- Create a vision and aligned roadmap towards fit for purpose predictive analytics and execute against IT, leading a CoE.
- Impact on Business Results
- Process & Projects
- Create a fit for purpose predictive suite and land IT in CBUs
- Ensure the advanced analytics models built by the CoE deliver the expected value and, if not, review & reset
- Inspire and upskill the community of Danone users
Your main challenges will BE :
- Managerial complexity internally : locla, global, various expert teams
- Plan ahead while upskilling only starts, data is still not fully in the required shape for Data Science & vendors are multiple
Your key deliverables will BE :
- Create a fit for purpose data science solutions suite, ready to scale with IT & Data, improving category & demand forecasts, A&P allocation and optimization as well as Ai/ML augmented consumer understanding
- Ensure accuracy of models and suggest improvements
- Empowerment and added value program
- Impact measurement for both global and local

Le profil recherché
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also BE considered.
- From a Mathematics & Analytics backgrounds background (= studies), you have over 15 years of successful experience in this field. A recent Ai training would BE a plus
- You have an great track of record as a data science lead for at least a market (sales, marketing, finance or supply functions)
- You have the ability to work with a data team to get clean feeds and are used to manage global data science providers
- You are at ease to work with technology teams in collaboration
- You are used to manage a global community of leaders (including VP profiles and up), educating upwards the path to advanced analytics, building compelling cases to embed & sell deliverables
