You will lead the consumer science capability and build a strong and motivated team that can make a difference. In this role you will inspire, provoke, and enable transformational action to BE taken from the product superiority and digitalization programs. This will require you to provide clear and actionable recommendations that will drive business growth to senior business partners.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product program for R&I, the best consumer, for and KPI - Lead consumer science team : fundamentalactivatecategories to guide the medium and long- innovation for the global brands
- (UX data ownership, design tools to and leverage meta-learnings from database, pilot AI new tools for consumer insights.

- Strong knowledge of consumer research methodologies and a high ability to drive strategic insights.
- Analyze and sForward-looking & strategic vision. Passion for consumer -inspired by innovation, relentless curiosity for science to impact health through food
- Multi layer relationship management, as the UX team is at the juncture between the consumer, the business and innovation leadership.
