Job Description
This role is essential to keeping our GMP-compliant warehouse running smoothly. You'll handle receiving, storing, inventory management, and staging materials for production. You'll also support discard processes, maintain accurate records per GDP standards, and collaborate across teams. Attention to detail and flexibility-including cold vault coverage and occasional overtime-are key to success.
Responsibilities include :
- Handle material receipt, storage, and shipment, ensuring compliance with GMP and cold chain requirements.
- Manage inventory accurately, including sample and returned drug inventories, cycle counts, and discard processes.
- Maintain GMP compliance in the warehouse, monitor equipment, and contribute to SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations and provide emergency coverage as needed.
- Ensure area compliance with safety, GMP, and operational procedures, escalating issues appropriately.
Qualifications
Minimum :
- Associate's degree + 3-5 years, or high school diploma + 5-7 years of warehouse experience
- GMP environment experience and ability to follow SOPs
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred :
- Technical writing and experience with deviations or change controls
- Familiarity with SAP and warehouse management systems
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Quick to learn new processes and technologies
- Experience with RF scanning and barcode systems
Additional Information
What to Expect in the Hiring Process :

Additional Details :
The position is second shift, full-time Mon-Fri 3pm-1130pm with overtime as needed. Flexibility to work on 1st shift or split shifts (such as 8am-5pm or 12pm-8 :30pm) is needed during training period. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
