INTERNSHIP STARTING IN JULY 2025
About the Role :
We're looking for a dynamic intern to support social media and communications for the Estée Lauder brand across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India). This role plays a key part in boosting our brand's presence and engagement, with a special focus on TikTok growth and agency collaborations. You'll help enhance brand awareness and desirability by optimizing the consumer journey through social media and earned media channels (influencer marketing, PR, EPR, and events).
What You'll Do :
Go-To-Market Campaigns : Help develop creative concepts and strategies for key brand campaigns, focusing on Earned & Owned media for EMEA markets.
Social Agency Partnerships & TikTok Acceleration : Support campaign execution with regional social agencies, coordinate social strategies, oversee creator briefings, product seeding, content validation, and track results.
Competitor Analysis & Social Media Performance Tracking : Monitor competitors and track social media performance, with a strong focus on TikTok, Meta, and Google Search. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Communications : Assist with press outreach, event planning, and communication between Global (New York), EMEA HQ (Paris), and local markets. Help with internal brand updates and organizing employee events.
Your Responsibilities :
Campaign Support : Gather and analyze consumer insights, contribute creative ideas, support social media strategy development, and adapt Global GTM decks for EMEA relevance.
Social & TikTok Strategy : Work with social agencies on creator briefs, product seeding, content validation, and performance tracking. Keep the team updated with a TikTok trends newsletter.
Competitive & Performance Tracking : Conduct competitor analysis, track brand campaign performance (Tagger, Dash Hudson, Google Trends), and build post-campaign reports with key takeaways.
Communications & Internal Engagement : Help create and distribute PR, influencer, and event guidelines. Prepare weekly consumer marketing updates and assist with internal communication initiatives, including employee events.
What We're Looking For :
- Master's degree (Master 2 preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong creative and writing skills, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to develop engaging content ideas, especially for TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Understanding of social media analytics tools (Tagger, Dash Hudson, Google Trends, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
