About the Team
Join a digital-native, agile and collaborative team at the heart of ELC's transformation. Based in Paris, the EMEA CRM team supports all brands of the Estée Lauder Companies group - including Estée Lauder, MAC, Bobbi Brown, La Mer and more. We sit at the junction between the Global Headquarters in New York and the affiliates across Europe, the Middle East, Africa & India, collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders across markets.
Our mission is to constantly improve the consumer journey : by implementing new CRM triggers (marketing automation), personalizing communications, and creating a seamless experience across all channels (emails, SMS, push...).
The ultimate goal? Driving stronger consumer engagement and building lasting relationships with the brands.
About Your Responsibilities
1. Consumer Insights & Analytics
- Analyze consumer behavior and purchasing patterns across brands and markets
- Deliver actionable insights to the team and key brand stakeholders.
2. CRM Campaign Activation
- Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push...)
- Monitor campaign performances for the regional brand, affiliates & Global)
3. Strategy & Innovation
- Contribute to the development of consumer lifecycle strategies for key brands (Mac, Estée Lauder, Clinique etc.)
- Benchmark CRM best practices and trends in the Prestige beauty industry and beyond

About You
- You are available 6 months starting JULY 2025
- Internship agreement mandatory
- Minimum Education Level : Degree from a business school, with at least one previous marketing experience
- Minimum Years and Area of Experience : 6-12 months
- Required Language Proficiency : Fluent in written and oral Business English
- Licenses or Certifications : Previous experience in using CRM tools like Braze is preferred
Additional Job Specifications :
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- Being rigorous and comfortable with the manipulation of large datasets.
- Very good analytical and presentation skills
- Organized, detail oriented, with an ability to multitask and run operational tasks
- Must have flexibility, curiosity, and team spirit.
