About the Job
For this position, you'll BE part of the Dr.Jart+ EMEA Marketing team, supporting the Marketing Manager in building the Product Operational Marketing Strategy in EMEA (18+ markets), driving brand awareness, and increasing market share.
About Your Responsibilities
Key tasks :
Product Marketing & Strategy :
- Adapt the global product strategy for the EMEA region, including updates to the marketing calendar, product assortment, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies for new product launches, focusing on pricing, competitive analysis, and key claims.
- Collaborate with the Global team to identify opportunities for new product launches by providing market insights and constructive feedback on formulas.
Visual Merchandising :
- Support visual merchandising activities for ongoing projects and new store openings, including planogram creation, ensuring excellence in in-store displays, and coordination with the Visual Merchandising team.
Coordination with EMEA Markets and Corporate Teams :
- Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA affiliates and the Global team, addressing product-related inquiries and providing marketing assets.
- Partner with the online team to craft Dr.Jart+ product copy tailored for e-retailers.
Reporting & Analysis :
- Conduct competitive reviews and provide insights to identify market opportunities.
- Prepare launch recaps and consolidate monthly EMEA performance highlights.
- Monitor and analyze monthly retail sales and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.
About You
Availability :
- 6-month internship starting July 2025
Education Level :
- Higher Education (Bac +5 from a Business School or University)
Experience :
- 2nd internship of a gap year (césure) or end-of-study internship
- Interest in the cosmetics sector
- Previous relevant experience in product marketing
Language Proficiency :
- Fluent in English (working language)
- Ability to speak French
Additional Job Specifications :
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft 365 Office programs)
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and curious
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Good knowledge of new social media platforms and interest in emerging trends
- A great team player
