Aveda is pleased to offer an opportunity as 360° Marketing Assistant within their EMEA 360° marketing team.

About your responsibilities :

The Aveda EMEA team is looking for a 360° Marketing assistant to support the team in accelerating salon & online business (strong focus on DTC channels) and e-retail business. The new joiner will BE fully integrated to the team and will have the opportunity to work on regional initiatives, work on cross-functional projects and collaborate with our Global teams based in the US and our EMEA affiliates, providing you with a full vision of the overall business.
Main tasks :
- Support the 360° GO To Market strategy for our new launches & key campaigns including competitive analysis, price positioning, earned and owned media strategies.
- Monthly retail sales analysis by market and product category
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify competition and trends analysis (social trends, price, claims...)
- Help on preparing regional seminars and key retailers meetings
- Daily support to EMEA affiliates (product information, marketing presentations, pricing strategy)

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level : Student with a higher education Bac 4/5 or Business Schools (end-of-studies internship)
Minimum Years and Area of Experience : At least one experience in beauty, fashion or consumer goods (ideally in Beauty)
Required Language Proficiency : English fluency is a must
Licenses or Certifications : Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
