Responsibilities
We are looking for a V.I.E. Project Management Officer to join the Resources Department, whose mission is to define and implement the operational strategy in the areas of operations and IT. This is delivered by following the guidelines and performance objectives of the General Management of the entity and the AFMO BU in terms of supporting the Corporate and Retail banking professions and setting up and applying tools/processes in order to guarantee the smooth running and efficiency of operations within the bank.
Under the supervision of the Head of banking services, the V.I.E. will assist in project management for various projects, ensuring operational follow-up and guaranteeing cost, deadline, performance and quality objectives.
- Support the COO in coordinating project deliverables
- Contribute to monitoring the scope budget and schedules of projects
- Assist in coordinating projects across different teams
- Help address design challenges with internal and external collaborators
- Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, guidelines and project plans
Due to the VIE eligibility criteria a questionnaire will BE provided. Please make sure to answer all the questions for an efficient analysis of your application.
Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary. Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport.

Studies & experience :
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Project Management
- A previous experience in project management would BE appreciated
Language skills :
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
Technical, operational & Soft skills :
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Highly motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Abidjan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. IT will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
