YOUR FUTURE TEAM
At L'Oréal, accurate information is essential for effective decision-making. The IT Master department is committed to providing and maintaining IT solutions that ensure data consistency, reliability, and immediate availability throughout the organization.
Within the Product Master Data IT Domain (a team of 8 people), we are all committed to and responsible for Product Master Data. We are the guardians of this critical data, which fuels all the company's business processes, from production to customer delivery.
If you are passionate about data and its impact, you can join this team as an IT Program Manager. Our main challenge in the coming months and years will BE to contribute to the success of the NEO program, a major transformation program at the Group level.

- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Budget Management : Build and monitor project budgets. Track expenses and ensure the project stays within allocated funds.
- Communication & Collaboration : Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders. Foster a collaborative environment among all contributors to ensure project success.
