THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL
You will BE the referent inside the IT Operation & Finance Organization for Technical architecture for specific domains

Main challenges :
- Driving Infrastructure / platform / SAP technical Studies for global applications within IT Operations and Finance
- Proposing Technical design for SAP-related projects, provide in-depth expertise
- Communication & community animation : communicating changes, new design, new frameworks and associated roadmap to Domains and Run (Operations) and to contributing to the animation of the Architect community

What you'll BE doing

Main missions
- Being the Single Point of Contact for Domains and programs for IT Operations &Finance :
- First point of contact for functional domains or EA for new Architecture needs (including NEO Program and other SAP projects) :
- To study with internal or external resources new needs
- To prepare and participate on RFP for new business need
- To prepare with functional Domains design authority sessions
- Maintaining the Platform Roadmap and providing vision to IT Operations and Finance :- Defining the long-term strategy in term of hosting / tools / framework (patching strategy...)
- Being the relay of the EA and Group platform to Provide regular communication to domains regarding recommended design (PaaS/LowCode/NoCodes...)
- Following and steering group recommendation and specific design for IT Operations and Finance
- Being the main contact for IT Operations & Finance with vendors for technical Innovation and provide recommendation in term of innovation / improvement to Operations
- Deploying new solutions/applications (SAP and not SAP-related) :- Implementing new solutions with vendors or Operations
- Validating all documentations (provided by vendors or internal resources) before go-live- Installation guide / Operation Guide...
- Ensureing with operations the transition to the Run
- Capacity planning :- Manage with functional domains capacity planning to manage budget and trend for cloud or on premise solutions
- Manage with the group and Operations teams FinOps activities to optimize costs (for on premise and cloud hosting)
- Provide recommendation and follow KPI regarding the sustainability of our platform / framework / design
- Security :- Work In strong coordination with CISO and security team to implement the security by design in all our applications
- Perform regular audit and provide recommendation for Applications manage by Operations to improve security based on group/vendors recommendations
- Performance Management :- Provide Tools and support with vendors to ensure the performance along the time of our applications
- Provide guideline in term of housekeeping and data tiering

Other missions
- Contributing to healthcare of our applications, including SAP (continuous improvement of existing Apps)
- Facilitating training on technology and methods, including creation of documentation for such training

Secondly, in this specific position, IT will BE important for you to have :

Mandatory skills
- Strong experience in SAP Architecture
- Strong Experienced in infrastructure (Cloud...) especially for ERP and worldwide applications
- Microservices architecture understanding
- Experience working with DEVOPS solutions
- Agile Mindset to switch from different topics (functional and technical) based on Team priority
- Sense of urgency, ability to make good decisions, ability to prioritize
- Efficient communication skills as well as strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team-based setting and alone in a worldwide environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including those used to define the stages of a project and implement action plans (Waterfall and Agile)

Nice to have skills
- Technical knowledge on Azure technologies used in the framework (AKS, blob, Azure file, Azure event hub, Azure service bus...)
- Experience on Integration (API / ESB...)
- Experience in Network & Infrastructure IT of various operating systems.
- Ability to understand the business of L'Oréal : assimilates the overall business strategy of the company, the long-term needs of users / customers and know-hows to translate them into IT strategy
