Key Responsibilities
- Conversational bot Improvement for Travel Agents :

Enhance the existing bot to assist travel agents in utilizing the Amadeus Selling Platform Connect more effectively.

Implement features that streamline booking processes, provide real-time support, and offer personalized recommendations.
- AI Module/Application Development :

Collaborate on the development of an internal AI module/application to leverage incident ticket databases such as Win@proach or ServiceNow.

Harness AI solutions to analyze historical data, predict potential issues, and suggest proactive measures.
- Automation of Recurring Tasks :

Automate the scanning of tickets to identify potential regressions when we load new version in production.

Develop scripts or tools to monitor ticket patterns and flag anomalies.
- Security Ticket Coordination :

Automate the coordination and follow-up of specific security tickets.
- Dashboard and Alert Improvements :

Enhance ongoing dashboards and alerts related to logs and the Splunk tool.

Integrate real-time monitoring and alerting mechanisms to improve visibility and response times.
- Miscellaneous Process/Tool Improvements :

Identify and implement other process and tool improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Continuously evaluate and refine existing systems to ensure they meet evolving needs.

Suggesting intelligent solutions and/or innovative technologies in response to the previously mentioned tasks

Implement a system to ensure timely resolution and tracking of security-related issues.

Your Profile

Is pursuing Master's degree studies in Computer Science, or related technical field and has a good level of proficiency in English.
