Les missions du poste
One of our luxury hotel partners is recruiting a Sous-Chef under a seasonal contract, with an immediate start until November or December 2025.
As a Sous-Chef, you will BE actively involved in the design and execution of refined dishes for a demanding international clientele. As the Executive Chef's right hand, you will take part in the operational management of the kitchen, team supervision, and strict adherence to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation of exceptional menus that meet the expectations of an international and discerning clientele.
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily food preparation, with precision, efficiency, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards, contributing to a clean and well-organized work environment.
- Maintain a spotless workstation, and keep all production and storage areas thoroughly clean and tidy.
- Lead and inspire a team of passionate professionals.
Le profil recherché
- Excellent adaptability in a fast-paced and mobile work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with constant focus on product quality, plating precision, and food safety.
- Clear desire to contribute to a high-end culinary experience, aligned with the standards of a prestigious establishment.
- Strong team spirit and natural leadership skills.
- Valid European or Swiss passport required.
- Fluent English required; basic knowledge of French or Italian appreciated.
