Les missions du poste
YOUR MISSIONS :
You will join the CMA CGM Internal Audit department, an independent function whose main mission is to protect and enhance the Group's values by providing assurance and advice based on a risk-based approach. You will BE responsible for executing internal audit engagements, which can BE of various types (operational, compliance) and perimeters (agencies, terminals, support functions, etc.). This will allow you to gain a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the Group and its activities in a relatively short timeframe.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You prepare the audit : retrieve and analyze data and applicable policies, conduct interviews to develop a risk-based audit working program adapted to the scope and objectives of the assigned mission.
- You carry out fieldwork : conduct interviews, controls, and analytical tests in accordance with the developed audit working program and the Group Internal Audit methodology. Draft and share preliminary audit conclusions with the auditees.
- You draft the audit report : describe the identified issues and gaps. For each finding, include a detailed root cause analysis, associated risks, and recommendations. Corrective action plans proposed by the auditees will also BE included.
- You debrief the audit : debrief local and top management as needed.
- You follow up on recommendations : regularly follow up on the action plans agreed with the auditees.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are preparing a Master 2 in Audit or Finance.
- You ideally have a first experience in an international or multicultural environment.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a well-developed critical mind.
- You are proficient in Excel and have great rigor as well as a strong attention to detail.
- You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- You have an excellent sense of teamwork, good communication skills, and are mobile for potential travel.
