Our client is a European start-up specialized in electronic warfare and High-Tech (precision localization).

Key points of the position :

Reporting directly to the CEO and Chief of Staff, your role will involve managing the HR functions of a fast-paced start- up :
- Participating in recruitment processes (sourcing, interviews, offers, contract creation),
- Managing career development and training programs,
- Setting up company agreements,
- Development of company culture,
- Implementation of HR policies and indicators,
- Implementation of an integration process to ensure the success of the recruitments,
- Handling payroll.

Required skills :
- You hold at least a Master's degree in Human Resources Management,
- Professional experience in a start-up environment is strongly expected,
- Enjoying multitasking roles,
- You are fully proficient in English,
- A defense clearance is required for this position. Only German or Austrian citizens will have their applications considered.

Salary range : >55k gross annual
