CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services) is a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, dedicated to the development of inland transport solutions.

CCIS France specializes in the repair, maintenance and trading of maritime containers. With over 150 employees and 10 depots in France's main ports, CCIS France offers a complete range of services for empty containers, from handling and storage to maintenance and repair.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and secure the loyalty of a customer portfolio and manage container sales to optimize the flow of containers in stock.

MISSIONS
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers in a given geographical area, prospect for new customers, visit them and ensure follow-up.
- Respond to customer requests within defined deadlines by studying their requests and ensuring their qualification.
- Sell containers in line with existing pricing policy, establish quotations for customers and follow up on their completion.
- Follow up customers for unfulfilled quotations, and implement corrective actions if the quotation transformation rate is not reached.
- Proactively plan actions to achieve the set budget.
- Based on the aged trial balance provided by the accounting department, follow up late-paying customers and obtain payment as soon as possible.
- Liaise with depots and customers to monitor sales.
- With the relevant internal contacts, help resolve customer disputes.
- Enter customer information in the CRM tool and keep IT up to date.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to his/her field of activity, using appropriate IT tools.

PROFILES AND SKILLS
- Experience in sales and customer relations
- Mastery of sales techniques
- Mastery of IT tools and internal operating tools
- Good level of English
