Manager - Financial Planning (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead reporting and planning processes for the full P&L of the Germany Hub
- Serve as lead business partner to a business unit and provide strategic advice, analysis, and insights throughout planning/forecasting cycles
- Proactively provide value-added analysis on financial data and partner closely with business teams to support decision-making
- Ensure consistency in financial reporting and processes with control teams
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Support business planning, budget control, and financial reporting initiatives
- Set financial targets and develop actionable roadmaps with affiliate leaders
- Drive implementation of global and regional finance projects

Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning or related roles
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Skilled in Excel and SAP; comfortable with other office tools
- Ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders

- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, regulated environments
- Proven ability to connect with cross-functional teams
