Are you a motivated Product Designer (m/f/d) with a passion for human-centered design? If you Excel at creating seamless, user-centric experiences, thrive in collaborative environments, and are open to occasional travel, we want to hear from you ! Join our team at Wellpass (ex Gymlib) in Paris and help shape the future of fitness !
- Design Leadership :You lead the design process from discovery to delivery, crafting innovative solutions for complex challenges in a multi-product and multi-platform environment
- Human-Centered Design : You develop intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs that prioritize user needs and align with business goals
- User Research : You work together with UXR experts on identifying areas of improvements and validation of design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Design Systems : You contribute to evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all products and touchpoints
- Collaboration : You partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, align on design goals, and deliver exceptional experiences
- Prototyping : You create low- to high-fidelity wireframes & prototypes to communicate ideas effectively, iterate on solutions, and gather feedback
- Mentorship : You actively support your peers by sharing knowledge, giving thoughtful feedback, and creating learning opportunities for others across the team
- Advocacy : You advocate for design excellence, championing the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Understanding : You gained a holistic understanding of Wellpass product and services and got familiar with the EGYM ecosystem, its products and how they are connected
- Connection : You build a strong connection and routines with your team and direct stakeholders
- Vision : You are breathing our long-term and short-term product vision and understand how our product lines feed into IT
- Responsibility : You take over full responsibility for the design thinking process within your user journey stream team organization

Le profil recherché
Profil recherché
- Experience : You have at least 4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a related field with experience in mentoring or leading other Product Designers as a plus
- Expertise :You possess a strong portfolio showcasing experience in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking across web, mobile and beyond platforms
- Tools : You are proficient in design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Research Skills : You have hands-on experience conducting and applying insights from user research
- Problem-Solving : You are a strategic thinker with a knack for solving complex design challenges and simplifying workflows
- Collaboration : You Excel in communication and interpersonal skills to influence and work with cross-functional teams
- Education : You preferably hold a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- Language Skills : You are fluent in English
