Job Description
- Execute IQ/OQ's for lab equipment
- Draft/execute commissioning/decommissioning documentation for equipment
- Lead efforts to drive compliance with vendor-recommended calibration/preventative maintenance schedules across the fleet of equipment
- Facilitate scheduling, calibration, and repair of equipment with our various stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with our lab-facing teams to drive a proactive lab management style that enables scaling of best practices across the lab spaces that we support
- Drive metrics and data visualization efforts in the department to support decision-making efforts
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a scientific concentration
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Experience with executing calibrations/equipment onboarding
Preferred Skills :
- Project Management
- Demonstrated validation experience in both GxP and non-GxP
- Experience qualifying and/or commissioning equipment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to drive efficiencies in a matrixed reporting structure
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, first shift 8AM-5PM. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
