As part of our global commercial expansion, we're on the lookout for a Global Project Manager & Business Developer to join our Sales & Projects team. You'll BE managing cross-country campaigns for global clients, working at the intersection of culture, creativity, and performance. You'll collaborate hand-in-hand with our Account Director to support high-impact campaigns and help us scale faster than ever.
This role is available from May 2025 and for a duration of 6 months.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Director to oversee campaign execution from start to finish - think brief writing, project coordination, and post-campaign analysis (both quantitative & qualitative).
- Contribute to strategic thinking and ideation, from initial pitches to ongoing optimization.
- BE actively involved in rebooking strategies to retain and grow client accounts.
- Stay on top of trends, news, and social insights to feed into client strategies and new business pitches.
Who You Are
- You bring 1-4 years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies, ideally with a focus on operational comms.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments - you love a good sprint, and you know how to deliver.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, curious, and people naturally enjoy working with you.
- You're a team player with strong communication skills and a knack for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
You speak excellent English - like, really excellent
A huge part of our work involves international clients, partners, and cross-border campaigns. Ideally native english speaker, asbeing able to communicate clearly and confidently in English is a must. If you speak another language too (Spanish, German, Italian, you name IT), that's a big plus. We're a globally-minded team, and we love people who can bring that extra edge.
