MAS Seeds is the seed branch and the subsidiary of MAÏSADOUR Group, in the south-west of France. With more than 70-year experience in seed business, MAS Seeds is structured around three activities :
· R&D including hybrid breeding for maize and sunflower and development of diversified crops portfolio

The mission :
As part of the Corn Product Evaluation Team, you will focus on Grain Corn Market for early and mid-early maturities and will have the following key responsabilities :
- Visit trials fields across Europe and phenotype hybrids from pre-registration to commercial launch.
- Ensure that all inputs necessary for product knowledge, product placement & product launching are collected, analyzed, and considered in decision making.
Develop a strong knowledge for early and mid-early grain markets & competitors.
- Ensure that products which are applied for registration and enter the portfolio answer to technical & economic performance criteria defined & reviewed on an annual basis.
- Responsible of Application Committees organization
- Take an active part in the Grain Product Team which is responsible of implementing R&D strategy.
- Foster communication among the different stakeholders along the product life cycle.

Le profil recherché
- Master's degree in Plant Science or Plant Breeding.
- A first experience in product evaluation would BE a plus.
- Deep understanding of maize physiology and crop cycle.
- Good understanding of registration process
- Ability to handle, analyze and visualize data to support decision making.
- Driving Licence.
- Fluent in english.
