About the job :

IT Market Services (ITMS) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of trading platforms, covering everything from core system functionality to user experience. Within ITMS, the Integration and Release Management teams are vital in delivering reliable, high-quality software.

As an Integration Quality Analyst , you will BE responsible for validating the seamless integration of software modules and ensuring stability across environments-from development to production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover and resolve integration issues early, reduce risk, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Planning & Strategy
- Design comprehensive integration test plans and strategies.
- Define objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Prioritize test cases based on risk and impact.

Test Execution
- Execute manual and automated integration tests.
- Simulate real-world scenarios to assess system behavior.
- Validate interaction between software components.

Defect Management
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, resolve, and verify fixes.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure issue resolution.

Test Automation
- Implement and maintain automated integration regression tests.
- Improve automation coverage and maintain efficiency.
- Use internal tools and Python scripting for automation tasks.

Collaboration
- Work alongside developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
- Participate in code and design reviews.
- Provide QA feedback and identify potential integration risks.

Reporting & Monitoring
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics.
- Track progress and highlight risks to management.
- Ensure alignment with overall integration goals.

Continuous Improvement
- Recommend enhancements to QA processes.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior QA team members.
- Stay up to date on testing best practices and technologies.

Required Skills :
- Strong automation skills using internal tools and Python .
- Experience testing back-end and middleware applications.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
- Comfortable using Linux and performing root cause analysis.
- Proficient with test automation tools .
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment .

Preferred Experience :
- Experience testing banking or brokerage systems (cash and/or derivatives markets).
- Familiarity with release management workflows.
- Understanding of data integration , APIs, and message queues is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in QA, specifically in back-end/middleware testing.
- Proficiency in Python scripting , Linux commands , and automation frameworks.
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
