Job Description Summary
JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his/her hierarchy, the procurement assistant validates and monitors orders for non-stock products (parts, equipment, etc.).
He/she is a privileged contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description
SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Validate orders with the manufacturer for parts not in stock in the business tools - Follow up on priority orders - Alert internal stakeholders to changes, if necessary supply conditions (lead times, reference replacements, etc.) - BE a privileged contact for internal and external stakeholders (operational teams, manufacturer, etc.) for the follow-up of priority orders - Enter and check supplier and manufacturer invoices RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure that orders are properly validated with the manufacturer - Ensure that priority orders are followed up - Ensure the quality of data entered into the business tool - Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of its perimeter - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) Bac to Bac +2 level in logistics or administration and/or significant experience desirable Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) - Professional knowledge of purchasing (supplier relations, etc.) - Professional knowledge of products (ranges, functions, etc.) - Professional knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Basic level of English (A2) Behavioral skill(s) - Organizational skills - Analytical skills - Responsiveness - Adaptability - People skills
