This job is based in Madrid. As HR Director for the ILA Region (Iberia, Latin America, Africa), you will play a critical role in leading the people strategy within a fast-evolving and transformative environment. This position arises in a context of replacement, within a business division experiencing strong growth both organically and through mergers & acquisitions. You will report directly to the Global HRD based in France and in doted line to the General Manager for the ILA Region.
Your main objectives as the HRD for the ILA Region?
You will BE responsible for driving HR excellence, ensuring alignment between business strategy and talent development while supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
You will lead a team of 20+ HR professionals based in over 3 countries. The ILA region is composed of 2,000+ people.
Your key missions will include :
- Supporting Business Growth & Transformation : Partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with our rapid expansion and integration plans following M&A activities.
- Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness : Ensuring that leadership capabilities, workforce planning, and skills evolution are aligned with our strategic ambitions.
- HR Performance & People Analytics : Driving a data-driven approach to workforce planning, engagement, and performance management.
- Change Management & Culture Building : Facilitating organizational transformation while strengthening Cegid's unique culture in an international and evolving environment.
- Employee Experience & Engagement : Enhancing HR initiatives that empower employees, drive retention, and sustain high-performance teams across diverse markets.
Le profil recherché
- You are a dynamic and experienced HR Leader with a proven track record of at least 15 years of in HR leadership roles, including at least 5 years as a Group HR Director or Zone HR Director, preferably in fast-scaling, international environments.
- You are execution-driven and focus on your own and your team's contribution to the company's growth and success across multiple regions.
- You are a hands-on HR professional with proven abilities to directly manage HR Operations.
- You have experience in managing M&A and PMI on a global scale.
- You have enhanced communication skills, along with the ability to engage and mobilize stakeholders.
- You are fluent both in English and Spanish. Portuguese and French are a plus.
