Want to contribute to a more sustainable world? Then, join BV Solutions M&O as a Technical Sales Engineer (M/F) and BE part of our mission : Act for a better maritime environment. This position is ideally based in Nantes, another location in Courbevoie can BE considered.

BV Solutions M&O France is a consulting and technical assistance company (risk analysis, CFD & ship performance, structure and propulsion) whose new services are dedicated to the energy transition of the maritime sector.

Our clients are shipowners and investors in the maritime sector, oil companies and offshore engineering companies. Our agency in France has 40 engineers and generates a turnover of around 5 million Euros.

Join a dynamic team :

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and the development of our business in France and Europe.

Your main responsibilities will BE :
- Prospecting and customer relations :

Prospecting and scheduling meetings with potential clients, networking, developing the client portfolio, managing key accounts
- Preparation and monitoring of technical and commercial proposals :

Identifying client needs, proposing appropriate technical solutions with the support of technical experts, writing and presenting offers, then converting these offers into orders
- Customer satisfaction :

Monitoring the execution of projects until delivery, negotiating amendments if necessary and handling any disputes
- Updating data and the sales plan :

Entering commercial data into Salesforce with the support of our sales administrator, participating in the development of our sales plan, and filling out the sales dashboards

Occasional short and medium-term travel within France and possibly abroad is to BE expected throughout the year.

Your assets for success :

With successful sales experience in service sales and project setup, ideally in the maritime sector, you have solid knowledge in business administration, marketing, and engineering.

You are proficient in data analysis tools (Salesforce), IT tools and you have good writing and interpersonal skills. Attentive to the needs of your clients, you enjoy working in a team and adapting to the diversity of situations encountered.

Your excellent level of English and French allows you to communicate with our network both orally and in writing.
