With your knowledge on business processes and data flows, you act as a link between business processes and systems and liaises closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics domain experts, as well as the business and 3rd party suppliers. Being mainly responsible to manage the operational changes raised by business, challenging them, and proposing solutions to improve business process. You are responsible for ensuring proper business improvement as well as operational service improvement. You can contribute on business demand process and contribute to project execution as functional lead of the area, delivering pre-study and implementing new solutions across the organization.
Your global area of action are US, Europe, and Asia.
Your key responsibilities are :
- S4 HANA Transformation :
- Participate as SAP PP expert in our Transformational implementation project by leading this domain within the project - From planning and design to execution and post-implementation support.
- Lead transformational projects within the Production domain.
- Lead workshops/discussions with Business and external parties and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements to translate them into S4HANA solutions.
- Business Partnership & Requirement Analysis :
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Business teams to understand and structure demands from initial requirements through to implementation.
- Lead workshops and discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather and explore business needs and solution options.
- Align with Key Users on SAP change request specifications.
- Challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with SAP standards and Constellium compliance rules.
- SAP Change Request Management :
- Validate solution designs and effort estimations for SAP change requests.
- Review solution documentation and ensure completeness and quality.
- Identify priorities and set implementation deadlines.
- Evaluate cross-site impacts
- Review and manage final documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure seamless integration of domain functions with operations and third-party suppliers.
- Issue Management & Continuous Improvement :
- Identify recurring issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA).
- Validate corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
- Evaluate an impact of SAP change request implementation on other sites and specify regression test requirements.
- Leadership competencies, technical skills requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree required in Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree in technology or business administration a plus.
- More than 10 years of experience in an international IT environment with SAP -PP module.
- At least one End to end S4HANA project implementation experience as SAP PP lead hands on expertise in configuring and customizing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Modules Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) is a must. Knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Production processes including SOX and in managing respective applications.
- S4HANA certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Delmia Apriso and any other MES solution is considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and introduce innovations.
- Excellent organizational, planning and problem resolution skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proactive, open minded and flexible personality with experience in working on a matrix environment. Strong communicator.
- A background in consulting is a mandatory.
- Fluent in English and French. German is a big plus.
- Some travel could BE required in Europe and US.
- Location :Paris (Constellium HQ office) or Zurich.
