Main Missions :
- Provide insightful analysis for decision making by consolidating, analyzing, and reporting M&S KPIs
- Manage the monthly publication of the internal competitor analysis tableau tool : AMIEO PULSE
- Improve current reporting process and participate to AMIEO M&S current and future projects such as CF E-to-E digitalization & BTO

Main Tasks :
- M&S targets setting and follow up on performance monitoring
- M&S data sourcing / formatting and analysis for key management reports preparation (RT/WS/ TIV/ FC accuracy/COT/COB/ Sales channel mix/SS%)
- AMIEO Pulse : Manage the data sourcing/ prep and monthly publication for the MSPP internal competitor mapping tool on tableau
- AMIEO SP and Car flow process monthly follow up, linking with SCM and local teams
- Vendor payment and contract management
- Monthly and BP allocation process, linking with SCM, local SP&D / sales teams
- Manage the internal planning and preparation for monthly MC-AMIEO CF/ adhoc M&S meetings

Qualifications and Skills :

Key Skills and Requirements :
- University or Post-Graduate degree in Automotive Engineering/ Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or related discipline and/ or Master's degree in management, preferred
- Previous experience (appx. 2 to 3 years) in Sales and/or marketing operations in Nissan RBU or NAE preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint needed
- Advanced skills in Tableau to build and maintain databases and dashboards
- Native or high Business level English language skills
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy & process compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and under tight deadlines with high degree of flexibility
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability/ interest to work within a multicultural team
- Experienced with Nissan systems mainframe / SK2 / Niivos a strong plus
- Self-motivated and organized team player able to manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset with problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in automotive market trends and competitor activity
