Market Insights Graduate Program

Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions : R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The next program will start in October 2025.

The contract of this sales Graduate Program will BE based in France.

The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of 2 or 3 international rotations in one of our + 50 facilities located in Europe.

Take on a Challenge !

As an AFEMEA Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives - by joining the Market Insights Team as a first rotation, Product Management as a second rotation and Segment Marketing as a third rotation.

In your first rotation, you will provide analytical support and evaluate market insights in order to identify actionable strategic opportunities on where to play across multiple AFEMEA's categories and business priorities, such as sustainability. You will execute market/opportunity analysis and create compelling presentations to engage and influence key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and R&D, you will design tailored consumer surveys, analysing data and turning insights into story-telling presentations, and present market insights internally and externally.

In your second rotation, you will BE supporting the Regional Product Managers to drive the successful commercialization of our innovation platforms, such as AmFiberTM and AmPrima®, with the aim of delivering >€750M of sales in 5 years (focus on commercial and operational areas).

Finally, in your third rotation, you will BE supporting one of our segments to grow profitably by understanding the market, identifying new business opportunities, understanding impact of upcoming sustainability changes and identifying our differentiating factors and articulating them in a compelling value proposition.

What do you need?

IT's a good start to have the following :
- Bachelor degree in business administration, business management, international business, management or related fields.
- Up to 2 years of working experience in a market intelligence function (might BE gained via internships)
- Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) are a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point. Interest in digital tools appreciated.
