The Account Manager (AM) Trainee is part of Global Trade & Commodity's Metals, Mining & Soft team in Geneva (CH).

Under the supervision of a Senior AM, he participates to the maintenance of client relationships with commodity traders, by originating transactions and monitoring the related risks (credit, market, operational, compliance, fraud).

Thanks to his direct and daily contacts with customers, the AM Trainee contributes to enhance the client relationship, develop market intelligence, detect risks and identify newbusinessopportunities.

SPECIFICJOB-RELATEDACTIVITIES
- Originates of international commodity trading operations to BE financed in the frame of customers'commodityfinancefacilities ;
- Presents transactional business opportunities to the appropriate committees and ensurestheircompliancewithauthorizedlines ;
- Monitors the evolution of transactional risk in the context of financed operations and themanagementofcustomers'economicpositions ;
- Ensures that the bank's security interests in financed transactions are properly accountedfor ;
- Participates in the preparation of credit reviews of GCF facilities along with RelationshipManagers(RMs), inlinewiththecustomer'susesandneeds ;
- Ensuresahighqualityofcustomerservice ;
- Participate in the collection of market information concerning GCF customers and shareitwithcolleaguesandinternalstakeholders ;
- BE proactive in updating information on vessel tracking and verification, inventory status,priceriskmonitoringandhedging, whereapplicable ;
- Coordinates documentary credits between the customer and the Bank's various departments.
