POSITION SUMMARY :
The Senior coordinator Performance Greater France is placed within our Operations Performance & Productivity division and is directly reporting to the Regional Lead Performance Europe 2. The role is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of accurate and timely reports for all LoBs in the Greater France (France, Reunion, GTS, SEPSAD). In addition, IT plays a pivotal role to ensure the maximum of automation and harmonization of the reporting landscape.
The role requires excellent analytical skills with affinity to IT and new technology and an agile mindset aiming for continuous improvement and excellence at every touchpoint. The Senior Coordinator France plays a critical role in providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making for our management and the achievement of our global strategic goals.
Primary objectives include the animation of the team to define, collect and monitor operational and transformational KPIs of the Operational department of Allianz Partners as well as delivering KPI reports to ensure sound decision making. In addition, this role includes continuous analyses with LoBs to interpret KPI trends and identify improvement areas.
What you do :
RUN : Ensure delivery of all relevant reports (external & internal) in time, quality, budget and a consistent matter.
PLANNING & FORECASTING : Support planning & forecasting by providing comprehensive performance data along with deep insights and simulation in close collaboration with workforce management, productivity and other Operations teams.
PERFORMANCE MGMT : Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reporting functions.
DATA ANALYSIS : Oversee data analysis processes to ensure accuracy, relevance and reliability of the reported information.
QUALITY : Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the reported data.
COLLABORATION : Collaborate closely with other Operations and non-Operations departments to gather data, align financial strategies and contribute to cross-functional initiatives and hence to the overall success of Allianz Partners.
DEVELOPMENT : Lead the design and creation of reports to meet the information needs of Allianz Partners and external stakeholders considering global assets & tools with maximum automation and local shaping where required and/or beneficial.
PROCESS MGMT : Actively contribute to the design, development, and foster continuous improvement of reporting processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
CHANGE : Foster efficiency of performance reporting by implementing global assets & tools and actively shape the harmonization by bringing up best-practices and practical approaches to increase efficiency.
TRANSFORM : Push for context driven reporting throughout all layers and dimensions with deep analytics and consistency across steering forums to provide actionable insights to support value based decision making across the organization.
TECHNOLOGY : Stay up to date to the newest reporting tools and technologies and in consequence integrate innovations to improve reporting capabilities.
LEADERSHIP : Support in building a high-performing team of operations professionals and foster a culture of trust, entrepreneurship and technical excellence that improves AES (Allianz Engagement Survey) scores. BE an ambassador of Allianz Partners and a role model for our values while creating a high-performance culture and team.
DATA SECURITY : Implement measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data in reporting processes.
COMPLIANCE : Ensure reporting practices adhere to industry regulations and organizational standards of Allianz Partners.
COMMUNICATION : Effectively communicate complex data insights to all relevant stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT : Align reporting initiatives with strategic objectives of Allianz Partners to contribute to the overall business success.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT : Provide training and support to the Performance team to enhance their reporting skills and capabilities.
What you bring :
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Master´s degree or academic degree in data related fields, business management or computer science and/or engineering diploma.
- 5+ years of experience of relevant work experience on designing and implementing KPIs, data visualization, creation of dashboard, process mining and data analysis.
- Team leadership experience
- Understanding on IT and data system integrations and architecture.
- Strong communication Skills in an international environment.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
- Ideally, experience on operational processes in the Insurance and assistance industry.
- Ideally, experience on leading data related complex projects requiring stakeholders alignment
