Les missions du poste

As Site Quality Engineer, you ensure the implementation of the site quality plan, integrating Lean Construction principles to optimize performance and foster a culture of quality and efficiency.

You oversee quality control tasks, document the construction process, and inspect each phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities :
- Implement the Site Quality Plan in collaboration with project managers and quality teams.
- Review work procedures to ensure compliance with best practices and contractual requirements.
- Monitor quality-related activities and align them with project schedules.
- Oversee site quality activities, liaising with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Manage deviations, non-conformity reports, and corrective actions.
- Conduct preconstruction meetings with subcontractors to address quality concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation management and distribution to subcontractors.
- Conduct quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements and monitor non-conformities.
- Support technical teams in quality processes and continuous improvement methodologies.

Le profil recherché

We seek a Construction or Quality Management graduate with at least 7 years of experience in international construction projects, particularly complex or industrial buildings. You have strong expertise in quality, risk management, and audits. Leadership, communication, and a hands-on, field-oriented mindset are essential. Knowledge of national safety and quality regulations is expected. Fluent in Spanish and English.
