About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Team Lead for Mass Hiring to spearhead our operational recruitment efforts across Europe. This pivotal role involves leading a team of dedicated recruiters, collaborating with Senior Operations Leaders, and aligning workforce planning to meet operational requirements. The successful candidate will develop and optimize sourcing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring the effective deployment of recruiter resources where needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :Implement and govern the global mass hiring recruitment approach regionally, ensuring quality and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement :Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Operations Leaders and HR community, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Recruitment Strategy :Anticipate staffing needs and design innovative recruitment strategies to meet both current and future demands.
Sourcing Optimization :Develop cost-effective sourcing channels to enhance brand awareness and attract the right candidates.
Team Development :Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Employer Branding :Assist in designing and implementing employer branding strategies to target required skills for future growth.
What You Bring :
Commercial Operations Insight :A solid understanding of operational workflows, workforce planning, and talent identification.
Recruitment Expertise :Proven experience in senior recruitment roles, preferably within a call center environment.
Leadership Acumen :Experience in managing teams, identifying skill gaps, building learning pathways, and driving performance excellence.
Change Champion :Agile and adaptable, with experience in multicultural environments and a solutions-focused mindset.
Communication Proficiency :Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders.
Strategic Vision :Ability to navigate complex business requirements, demonstrating resilience and foresight.
