The FP&A Manager Advertising is responsible for :

Responsibilities :
Prepare budgets and forecasts, variance analyses, long-range planning, risk/opportunity assessments and periodic/ad hoc reports for the Advertising scope.
Perform advanced and in-depth analysis of actual expenses
- Collaborate with the financial control team during the closing process, which includes reviewing ledgers in SAP and preparing accruals
- Identify cost improvement opportunities
- Act as financial liaison with operational staff, working with them to understand their business, support their initiatives and respond to general financial queries
- Identify and research variances in forecasts, budget and previous year's expenses
- Monitor Advertising sales, prepare accruals, analyze and understand variances
- Ad hoc business reporting and analysis as required

Skills :
- 7+ years' experience
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different hierarchical levels
- High level of commitment, motivation and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
- Comfortable navigating gray areas without clear solutions
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining an overview of the big picture
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to BE met
