As a Louis Vuitton Client Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients. The main objective of this role is to build long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Client Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

This role is dedicated to building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our valued clientele, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey that embodies the Maison's heritage of excellence. Through a strategic and client-centric approach, the Client Manager develops trusted partnerships with key clients and corporate stakeholders, driving business objectives and enhancing brand loyalty.
They proactively identify growth opportunities, track key account performance, and implement bespoke client development strategies that elevate engagement and retention. By being present on the sales floor, coaching the team, and leading by example, they inspire a culture of clienteling excellence, ensuring that every interaction reflects the timeless elegance and innovation of Louis Vuitton.
The appointed candidate will BE offered a salary within the range of USD $110,000 - $120,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
