We are an agency specializing in Collection Coordination and Event Production within the Luxury and Fashion industry.

We are seeking a Scenographer (Freelance) to conceptualize and design immersive and narrative-driven spaces for our projects, including events, exhibitions, fashion shows, and retail environments. The ideal candidate will translate artistic concepts into impactful physical spaces while collaborating with our creative and production teams.

Roles and responsibility :
- Develop scenographic concepts based on the project brief and project identity
- Create sketches, mood boards, plans, and 3D models
- Select materials and coordinate with technical providers, working closely with the Technical Director to ensure project feasibility
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director and creative team to maintain artistic integrity
- Oversee the production and installation of set design
- Work closely with the production team, art directors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Adapt to and respect the specific constraints of each project, including budget, location, and technical limitations

Qualifications/Skills :

- Proven experience in scenography for events, fashion, retail, or exhibitions
- Strong knowledge of materials, spatial composition, and lighting
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various project stakeholders (production team, art directors, technical teams, etc.)
- A strong network of trusted providers to meet the needs of various projects
- A portfolio or showreel of previous projects may BE required
- Fluency in French & English (Italian is a plus)
