In this pivotal role, you will focus on managing Mycotoxin issues, developing innovative solutions, and conducting research to ensure market feasibility. IT involves supporting market access, proposing new concepts, and providing education and training on Mycotoxin-related topics. Efficient communication of project results and enhancing Adisseo's expertise through research publications and presentations are key. Collaboration with regional teams to provide scientific updates and support is essential.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the execution of the technical and scientific plan defined by the Head of Poultry Technical and Scientific Support Services to address field issues, with a special focus on Mycotoxin management, and deliver unique, value-added solutions tailored to our customers.
- Collaborate with the Innovation Department to develop innovative solutions and concepts, including the development of new technologies, solutions, and management of mycotoxins
- Conduct tests, trials, and studiesto assess the significance of new Mycotoxin solutions and their feasibility for market rollout, ensuring benefits for Adisseo's customers and strengthening our scientific presence among competitors.
- Support market access activities to ensure the go-to-market of our Mycotoxin solutions
- Propose innovative Mycotoxin conceptsto address challenges in animal nutrition and health.
- Facilitate continuous education and trainingfor both internal Adisseo teams and external partners on the development of fungi, the production of toxins, risks associated with exposure to mycotoxins, the mechanism of action, and effective mitigation strategies for monogastric animals.
- Communicate efficiently the results of his/her Mycotoxin related projects, and support activities to the SBU, the marketing teams
- Enhance Adisseo's scientific and technical expertiseand reputation related to pre- and post-harvest Mycotoxin management by publishing research findings and presenting at relevant
- Collaborate with regional teamsto provide Mycotoxin updates on scientific developments and offer support.

Qualifications
- PhD in Poultry Science/Nutrition or a related discipline with a strong knowledge of mycotoxins and proper mitigation strategies in monogastric animals.
- Ability to present a straightforward technical discussion to individuals focused on business and agricultural practices, along with expertise in positioning products within their ranges and those of the competition.
- Proven scientific and technical expertise in providing customer-designed solutions that address business concerns triggered by mycotoxin exposure, enhancing production efficiency and profitability.
- Strong scientific network with a demonstrated record of scientific achievements, accompanied by effective oral and written communication skills and solid presentation abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in the poultry industry.
- Demonstrated capability to successfully work and interact with multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization, as well as with external parties.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), extra language is a plus
- 30 to 40% regional and international travel.
