We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HRIS Project Manager to join our dynamic HR Operations team in Allianz Partners for a temporary assignment of 6 to 8 months. In this role you will lead and oversee the implementation, management and enhancement of the Employee Master Platform based on SuccessFactors across our global organization, represent the interests of Allianz Partners within the Allianz Group HR IT environment and deliver enabling technology solutions to drive efficiency and quality. You have an excellent knowledge on SuccessFactors, project management and steering methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully implemented solutions? Then come join our team.

What you do

As Global HRIS Project Manager you will BE responsible in driving the following :
- Managingthe maintenance & enhancement of the Employee Master Platform, including global change management, coordinating and prioritizing global Service requests and Incidents in line with strategic requirements.
- Supporting the development and execution of the Allianz Partners IT target architecture aligned with the organization's HR and business objectives.
- Representing the interests of Allianz Partners within the Allianz Group HR IT environment and drive EMP solutions that meet the strategic requirements of Allianz Partners.
- Acting as product/ process owner for Employee Central module driving consistent enhancements and ensuring right level of knowledge in the organization.
- Drivingthe roll out and enhancement of enabling technology in relation to the Employee master platform on a global level to drive efficiency and user experience.
- Orchestratingintake Management for technical requirements raised from key stakeholders (HR, business).
- Overseeing and coordinate testing and quality assurance ensuring the system functionality with HR Shared Services.

What you bring
- Master's degree in business, project management, HR or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent SuccessFactors knowledge (Employee central + modules)
- Proven experience in project coordination or in a similar role.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both, independently and collaboratively, in an international and diverse environment and team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
