Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Commercial Manager to join our team and play a critical role in developing and executing commercial strategies that enhance Eutelsat OneWeb's connectivity business. In this position, you'll work closely with commercial team, sales, business development, digital tools, and capacity management, marketing, and legal teams to ensure the success of our connectivity offerings. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

You are commercially minded, with a passion for optimizing value and creating innovative solutions for customers. You thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong analytical skills, and Excel at stakeholder management. You enjoy working cross-functionally to drive business success. You are an effective communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging both internally at the executive level and externally with customers and partners.
What You'll Do :
- Support the value proposition and lifecycle for product & services offerings, including :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and enhance the product portfolio based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Document and report opportunity and offering progress and development in tooling as per defined processes.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, business models, and commercial frameworks for connectivity solutions.
- Support commercial negotiations, ensuring contract terms align with pricing and product offerings.
- Create and present high-quality business cases with financial analysis and strategic rationale for internal executive approval.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of market offerings, driving continuous improvement and adaptation to market needs.
What You'll Need :
- A Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience, with a strong focus on commercial strategy through customer deals and / or market offering development.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in building business cases, revenue forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in English (French or other additional languages is a plus).
Where You'll Work :
This role is based from Eutelsat London or Paris offices (with some WFH flexibility included) Travel may BE required up to 20% of the time.
